Sally Fath
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, sister and aunt, Sally Crispen Fath. Sally was born on March 12, 1947, and passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024, leaving behind memories that will be cherished by her family and friends and all who knew her.
Sally was the oldest of six siblings, and she always looked out for her younger sisters and brothers. When she was young, Sally enjoyed vacations to East Brady, to visit her grandmother, cousins, aunts and uncles. She enjoyed rock ’n’ roll music and going to the Hammy dances, swimming, roller skating and riding her bike. She graduated from the McKees Rocks high school in 1965. She worked hard as a waitress at several restaurants in and around McKees Rocks.
She was married to her husband, John Fath, for 17 years, and they has two sons, John and Roger. After her husband passed away, Sally then spent many years as a companion to Wes Krull, who also preceded her in death.
Sally enjoyed family holidays and picnics and bingo. She loved her dog, Ginger, who she always spoke of so fondly. She was always cheerful and ready to lend a helping hand to all.
Sally now joins her husband, John, and Wes in eternal rest. She was also preceded in death by her son, Roger; her parents, Wilber and Sarah Crispen; her brother, Vincent Crispen; and sisters, Elaine Hile and Diane Liberato; and three brothers-in-law.
Sally will be remembered with love by her son, John; her granddaughter, Nicole; her grandson, Conner; her sister, Donna Heindl; her brother, Russell Howard Crispen; and many nieces and nephews.
FATH — Per her wishes, the family of Sally Crispen Fath, who died Thursday, April 25, 2024, will hold a private tribute to a life well lived.
