Butler VA reports trust among patients up by 5% since 2018
In Butler and around the country, more veterans are expressing trust in the way the Veterans Affairs is taking care of them.
According to the VA Butler Healthcare, results from a recent survey show trust in the organization has risen by 5% since 2018, from 91.6% to 96.6%. This matches a national trend, as veteran trust in VA outpatient care across the nation rose from 85.6% in 2018 to 91.8% today.
A recent Medicare survey also shows VA hospitals have outperformed non-VA hospitals in 10 key metrics, including overall hospital rating and communication with doctors.
