Adrith Rhodaberger
Adrith M. Rhodaberger, 95, of Herman, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024, while residing at the Sunnyview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Butler.
She was born Aug. 19, 1928, in Herman, a daughter of the late Aden J. Smith and Pearl C. (Collins) Smith.
Adrith graduated from Butler High School and had worked at Mellon Bank as a teller and then for the U.S. Postal Service as a clerk, retiring in 2010. She was a lifelong resident of Herman and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church. She was a lifetime member of the Herman Volunteer Fire Company, had collected Hummel figurines and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
She is survived by her brother Ian S. (Theresa F.) Smith of Butler; brother-in-law, John Rhodaberger of Cabot; sisters-in-law, Jane Rhodaberger and Mary Yenick, both of Cabot; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald J. Rhodaberger; her son, Gerald A. Rhodaberger; and her godson, Ian B. Smith.
RHODABERGER — A Mass of Christian burial for Adrith M. Rhodaberger, who died Monday, April 8, 2024, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Roman Catholic Church, 668 Clearfield Road, Fenelton (Coylesville). Inurnment will be in St. Mary Parish Cemetery, Herman.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation, or to the Herman Volunteer Fire Company.
