Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Wednesday, April 9, in Common Pleas court by Judge Joseph Kubit.

Edgar E. Branch, 22, of Freedom, was sentenced to pay $3,339 in restitution and $75 in fines after pleading guilty to three summary traffic violations filed by Zelienople police following an Aug. 13 incident.

Justin R. Altman, 36, of Evans City, was sentenced to serve three to six months in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 18 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, pay $200 in fines, and complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and anger management after pleading guilty to criminal trespass, simple assault and criminal mischief charges filed by Zelienople police following a June 11 incident.

Teri L. Tack Lowers II, 52, of Ford City, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a statement under penalty charge filed by state police following a March 30, 2021, incident in Clearfield Township.

Richard E. Matuke, 49, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $100 fine and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a statement under penalty charge filed by state police following an Aug. 26, 2020, incident in Summit Township.

Russell A. Enlow, 41, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation, pay a $100 fine, and complete 30 hours of community service and a drug and alcohol evaluation after pleading guilty to a resisting arrest charge filed by Butler city police following a June 18 incident.

Radajh L. Muhammad, 26, of Clairton, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation and pay $200 in fines after pleading guilty to two counts of contraband filed by county detectives following Feb. 18, 2023, and March 12, 2023, incidents in Butler.

Renee M. Goughnour, 43, of Cranberry Township, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to retail theft and defiant trespass charges filed by Cranberry Township police following an Aug. 16 incident.

William P. Hart, 33, of McKees Rocks, was sentenced to serve 36 months of probation after pleading guilty to three counts of terroristic threats filed by state police following a March 13, 2023, incident in Oakland Township.

Tyler M. Stewart, 22, of Carnegie, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to an escape charge filed by state police following a March 20, 2020, incident in Summit Township.

Ryan L. Pengryn, 31, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $200 in fines after pleading guilty to a possession of methamphetamine charge filed by Butler city police following an Oct. 25, 2022, incident, and pleading guilty to disorderly conduct and harassment charges filed by Butler Township police following a May 18 incident.

John V. Ratcliff III, 42, of New Castle, was sentenced to serve 36 months of probation and pay $200 in fines and $385 in restitution to the Victim’s Compensation Assistance Program, have no contact with the victims and complete treatment at New Horizons after pleading guilty to two counts of simple assault and two counts of reckless endangerment filed by Butler city police following an Aug. 13, 2022, incident.
