Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday in Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune.

Michelle E. Pergal, 51, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest; pay a $1,500 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by Jackson Township police following an Oct. 26, 2023, incident.

Haylee G. Miller, 21, of Stoneborough, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor resisting arrest filed by state police following a Sept. 4, 2023, incident.

Katrina A. Adams, 27, of Saxonburg, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor resisting arrest filed by state police following a July 3, 2023, incident.

Bobby E. Anderson Jr., 39, of Butler, was sentenced to serve no less than three months and no more than 18 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor terroristic threats filed by Butler city police following an April 23, 2023, incident.

Christine J. Boice, 46, of Mars, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 180 days of house arrest; pay a $1,500 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by state police following a Dec. 17, 2022, incident.

Cierra R. Hefferan, 21, of Butler, was sentenced in two cases to serve 12 months of probation, including seven days of house arrest; pay a $1,000 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor simple assault filed by Butler Township police following a July 13, 2023, incident, and a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by Butler city police following a Nov. 30, 2023, incident.

Mark J. Fetters, 23, of Butler, was sentenced in three separate cases to serve 84 months of probation, including 60 days of house arrest; pay $5,200 in fines; and complete 65 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and driving under a suspended license filed by state police following incidents on July 12, 2020, May 5, 2021, and Nov. 3, 2023.

Richard A. Paskosky, 53, of Butler, was sentenced to serve no less than six months and no more than 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor drug possession filed by state police following an Aug. 22, 2021, incident.

Malique C. Robinson, 26, of Lyndora, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of felony drug sales filed by state police following a March 3, 2022, incident.

Amber M. Knox, 33, of Franklin, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest; pay a $1,500 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by filed by state police following an Aug. 17, 2023, incident.

Charles H. McCarren, 39, of Franklin, was sentenced to six months of probation, including seven days of house arrest; pay $1,025 in fines; and complete 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and careless driving filed by Butler Township police following an Oct. 25, 2022, incident.

Robert M. Pacelli, 54, of Butler, was sentenced in three separate cases to serve 60 months of probation, including 12 days of house arrest; pay $1,800 in fines; and perform 60 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to a charge of drug possession filed by state police following a May 2, 2022, incident, a charge of misdemeanor accidents involving property damage filed by Butler Township police following a May 23, 2023, incident, and a charge of DUI filed by Butler Township police following a May 30, 2023, incident.

Derrick L. Robinson, 27, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve no less than 72 hours and no more than six months in prison, but was immediately paroled; and complete 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to a count of misdemeanor DUI filed by Cranberry Township police following a Dec. 5, 2019, incident.

Joseph P. Gaiser, 37, of Butler, was sentenced in two separate cases to serve 12 months minus one day in prison after pleading guilty to two charges of misdemeanor drug possession, one filed by county detectives following a July 12, 2023, incident and the other filed by state police following a Sept. 11, 2023, incident.

Noble L. Braho, 40, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following an Aug. 7, 2021, incident.

Guy B. Simons, 28, of Chicora, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor reckless endangerment filed by state police following an Aug. 18, 2023, incident.

Nathan G. Speron, 29, of Butler, was sentenced to pay a $25 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of summary harassment filed by state police following a July 12, 2022, incident.

Michael R. John, 31, of Natrona Heights, was sentenced to serve no less than three months and no more than six months in prison, but was immediately paroled; 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest; pay a $1,500 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to two charges of misdemeanor DUI filed by state police following a June 18, 2023, incident.

Derek E. Harnish, 32, of Renfrew, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest; and perform 40 hours of community service and litter pick up after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of DUI, drug possession and driving under suspension filed by state police following an Aug. 23, 2023, incident.
