Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

March 26 — David J. Mydlowski, 48, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony access device fraud. Police said he attempted to cash a forged check.

March 13 — Dawn M. Lucas, 49, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony attempted forgery and Joseph A. Shuler, 41, of McKees Rocks, was charged with felonies forgery and attempted forgery and misdemeanors theft and bad checks. Police said they fraudulently cashed several checks and attempted to cash three more.

March 11 — Blake A. Willette, 23, of Monroeville, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he left the scene after his pickup truck was stuck in a yard.

Butler

March 13 — Jessica M. Cober, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she struck someone and pulled their hair.

Cranberry Twp

March 26 — Anna M. Mazzetti, 41, of Harwick, was charged with felony theft. Police said she left Ulta Beauty with $2,446 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

March 22 — Desiree L. Smith, 60, of Orlando, Fla., was charged with felony forgery and misdemeanors identity theft, bad checks, access device fraud and false identification. Police said she attempted to cash a fraudulent check.

March 13 — Wayne D. Dreher, 42, of Hamlin, N.Y., was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary public drunkenness. Police said he yelled profanities at officers when asked to leave the Wyndham Hotel.

March 12 — Tara L. Szramowski, 25, of Baden, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Feb. 24 on Route 19. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.202%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 7 — Kaylie N. Senchisen, 28, of McKees Rocks, and Kelsey L. Senchisen, 28, of Pittsburgh, were charged with felony and misdemeanor conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Walmart with $258 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

March 7 — Kaylie N. Senchisen, 28, and Cheyenna L. Senchisen, 30, both of McKees Rocks, were charged with felony and misdemeanor conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Walmart with $817 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

State police, Butler

March 11 — Patrick T. Connell, 18, of Harrisville, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle on Shields Road, Mercer Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.112% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 11 — Destiny S. Stemmerich, 28, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with suspected heroin, scrub pads and a hypodermic needle.

State police, Washington

March 11 — Zachary J. Sproul, 18, of Sewickley, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him Sept. 16, 2023 on Grove City Road, Slippery Rock Borough. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in his system. A THC vaping device was discovered in his vehicle, police said.

March 11 — Zakir R. Rossman, 19, of Ambridge, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to an officer. Police said he misidentified himself when questioned.
