Kowal

Christopher Jon Kowal, 49, of Fenelton, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024.

He was born in Butler on May 2, 1974, to Diana (Lachesky) Kowal and the late Wallace A. Kowal.

Christopher graduated from Butler Area Senior High School and worked as a roofer at Zillweger Contracting Inc.

He enjoyed working on cars, listening to ‘80s ballads with a beer in hand and spending time with his beloved cat, Boo. Christopher was known for being lighthearted, extroverted, strong-willed and stubborn. He was always willing to lend a helping hand.

He was the father of Klassic, Christopher and Cora Kowal; brother of Dave and Adam Kowal.

KOWAL — Family and friends of Christopher Jon Kowal, who died Sunday, March 17, 2024, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler. Prayers will immediately follow in the funeral home.
