Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

March 7 — Philip E. Diviney, 51, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and furnishing alcohol to a minor after police stopped him Feb. 23 on Dori Drive, Valencia. Police said a minor advised Diviney had purchased alcohol for him at Sheetz. Police said field sobriety tests showed Diviney was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.196%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 6 — Jeffrey S. Wild, 59, of Mars, was charged with felony carrying a firearm without a license and two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Jan. 12 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.236%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08% Police said a loaded firearm was found in the vehicle.

Butler City

March 7 — James T. Matuke III, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and reckless endangerment and summary criminal mischief. Police said he broke a car window with a pipe.

March 6 — Brandy L. Lane, 36, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Police said she failed to return a vehicle to its rightful owner.

Middlesex Twp

March 6 — Hilary F. Biaku, 22, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and summary harassment. Police said she damaged a home surveillance system.

State police, Butler

March 1 — Joseph J. Bell, 31, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest after police stopped him on First Street, Butler. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a small amount of marijuana was found in his vehicle.

March 7 — Ryan S. Cline, 33, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him Feb. 14 near Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC and methamphetamine in his system.

March 7 — Caleb A. Matus, 19, of Kittanning, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Feb. 10 on Route 422, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.03% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 6 — Amanda N. Locke, 26, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with a glass smoking device and suspected crack cocaine.

March 6 — Charles L. Paris, 36, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Feb. 6 on West Brady Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

March 6 — Kevin C. Franklin, 66, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with suspected crack cocaine.

March 6 — Wayne A. Krauchak, 69, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a bundle of heroin and a straw.
