Slippery Rock University has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report in its 2024 Best Online Programs rankings, which were announced on Feb. 8.

SRU ranked 138th on the list for Best Online Bachelor's Program with eight online bachelor’s degree completion programs: accounting, health care administration and management, leadership studies, liberal arts, management, marketing, nursing, and philanthropy and nonprofit management.

U.S. News defines an online program as having a "vast majority of required coursework for program completion able to be completed via distance education courses that incorporate internet-based learning technologies."
