Charity is survived by her husband, Joseph Anthony Mariotti; one son, Jay Mariotti and his wife, Shelly, of Butler; two granddaughters, Gianna Lynn and Angelica Jaymes; three brothers, Paul McCommons and his wife, Susan, of Latrobe, Robert McCommons and his wife, Dagmar, of Stafford, Va., and William McCommons and his wife, Debbie, of McConnellsburg, Va.; three sisters, Margaret Campbell of Newport News, Va., Janet Ferguson of Mercer and Kay Schaffer and her husband, Larry, of Michigan; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Harry McCommons.
