William Joseph Foster, 65, of Fombell, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024.

Born on Oct. 25, 1958, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Earl E. Foster and Theresa Fox Foster.

Bill was employed as a welder and truck driver, and he painted water towers. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting. He also enjoyed playing his guitar and the harmonica. He will be remembered as a man who loved animals and riding horses. Bill will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

Bill leaves behind to cherish his memory his siblings, David (Shelly) Foster, Deborah Foster, Barbara Foster and Darlene (Ron) Bishop; his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Alexandra, Nichole, Luke, MaryAnn and William; and his best friend, Diane Crews.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his twin brother, Edward.

FOSTER — Friends of William Joseph Foster, who died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill’s memory to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
