INDIANA — Indiana sank 10 of its 15 3-point attempts in the second half in pulling away for a 77-64 men’s basketball victory over Slippery Rock University on Saturday.

Jomo Goings paced The Rock (8-10, 6-6) with 18 points, eight rebounds and two steals. Maceo Austin had 15 points and six rebounds. Bobby Clifford came off the bench to contribute eight points and 10 rebounds while Ike Herster and Luke Howes had 10 points each.

Bryce Radford led IUP (13-5, 10-2) 27 points on nine 3-pointers. Ethan Porterfield had 14 points and 11 rebounds.

IUP 85, SRU (women) 39 — Kristina Donza led The Rock (2-13, 2-10) with 10 points while Regan Atkins had nine points and five rebounds.

Rahmena Henderson led IUP (13-4, 9-3) with 19 points while Nyshae’ Weaver came off the bench to score 15 points and collect 14 rebounds.

Both SRU teams return to action on Monday night at Edinboro.
