State Rep. Aaron Bernstine, R.-8th, will host a gun rights seminar entitled “Protecting Our Second Amendment Rights” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Scott Township Volunteer Fire Company in New Castle.

The seminar will provide gun owners with information regarding their rights under the Second Amendment, as well as on the state’s concealed-carry laws and other topics related to gun ownership. Also taking questions at this seminar will be Lawrence County District Attorney Josh Lamancusa.
