Tenant accused of damaging apartment in Oakland Township
State police are requesting information about a tenant who damaged an Oakland Township rental property last month.
According to documents, a landlord reported a female tenant of a residence on Center Drive, Oakland Township, clogged all the drains with rags and left the water running.
The water was running for four hours, police said, causing the drains to overflow. Additionally, 10 holes were found in the drywall of the residence, according to police.
The incident is estimated to have occurred between Nov. 17 and 19.
