Valerio G. Esposto, of Butler, passed away peacefully Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023, in the comfort of his home with his loving family at his side.

Valerio was born in Scafati, Italy, on April 28, 1930. He married his wife, Teresa, on June 4, 1962. Valerio, Teresa and their three children left Italy in 1969, to come to the United States. Valerio was a mechanic at Kerven Subaru for many years. He enjoyed working on cars, gardening, and loved watching soccer and hockey.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa; his daughter, Vittoria Werth (Richard); his son, Roberto Esposto (Jackie); his son, Nunzio Esposto (Scott); eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother; and one sister.

In addition to his parents, Valerio was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister.

ESPOSTO — A Mass of Christian burial for Valerio G. Esposto, who died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler, with the Rev. Kevin Fazio officiating.

Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.
