Richard K. Hoover, 72, of Butler passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2023.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Moraine Sportsmen’s Club, 211 Staff Road, Slippery Rock.
