Cranberry Township celebrates Chanukah with menorah lighting

Cranberry Township is celebrating Chanukah with the annual menorah lighting at the township’s municipal building, at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7 — the first night of Chanukah.

The Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors will be on hand for the lighting of the menorah in the back parking lot of the building, while the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company will assist in the Chanukah Gelt Drop.

Inside the municipal center, guests can help themselves to traditional Chanukah treats, such as latkes.

All are welcome to attend, and guests are encouraged to RSVP at jewishcranberry.com/menorah.
