Vocational-technical school students prepare buffet feast

Culinary students at Butler County Area Vocational-Technical School learned how to prepare a feast for many people in November 2016 by cooking up Thanksgiving foods for an upcoming buffet.
Turkey, potatoes and gravy, stuffing, green beans and pumpkin cake were on the menu for the buffet, which would be served at the school for students and faculty.
Students worked throughout the day to make the meal from scratch — from mixing batter for cornbread and sticking around the carve the turkeys when ready.
