LAUREN LAMPUS (Freeport), a senior on the Westminster women’s volleyball team, tallied eight kills, nine digs and an assist in the Titans’ 3-0 win over Saint Vincent.
GABE SINGH (Mars), a sophomore on the Geneva men’s soccer team, assisted on the lone goal of his team’s 1-0 Presidents’ Athletic Conference championship win over Grove City.
ALEJANDRO HERRERA-RONDON (Seneca Valley), a member of the Clarion wrestling team, reached the finals at 157 pounds in the season-opening Clarion Open. He won matches by technical fall and major decision before edging Pitt’s Jared Keslar, 1-0, in the semifinals. He dropped an 11-1 decision to 15th-ranked Paddy Gallagher of Ohio State in the finals.
ANNA DeGRAAF (Seneca Valley) had six blocks and combined with a teammate for the game-winning point in Grove City’s 3-1 women’s volleyball win over Geneva.
GABBY LUCAS (Butler) tallied 28 digs in Grove City’s volleyball win. She now has 1,406 career digs, moving into 10th place on Grove City’s career list.
CADEN TRAGGIAI (Knoch) won two events as the Penn State Altoona men’s swimming team defeated Alfred State, 110-95. Traggiai won the 1,000-yard freestyle in 10 minutes, 33.01 seconds and the 500-yard freestyle in 5:00.63.
SOPHIA LUCAS (Clarion) served up nine straight points in Clarion’s 3-1 women’s volleyball win over Edinboro.
MIA ZEC (Seneca Valley) scored on a penalty kick in Penn State Behrend’s 3-0 women’s soccer win over Pitt-Greensburg in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference championship game.
TORI STEVENSON (Butler) had a goal and assist in Grove City’s 4-2 women’s soccer victory over Franciscan in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference championship game.
COURTNEY LISMAN (Mars) earned her program-record 35th career victory in Grove City’s women’s soccer win. The goalkeeper made six saves.
BREANA REYNOLDS (Seneca Valley) had a team-high 11 kills in Penn State Behrend’s 3-0 women’s volleyball win over La Roche.
