Acquaviva

Eric “Otis” Patrick Acquaviva went home to Jesus on Friday, Oct. 20, 2023, at the age of 47, after a courageous battle with cancer, with his wife, Elizabeth “Beth,” and loved ones by his side.

Born in Butler, Eric was the son of Patrick and Patricia Acquaviva and graduated from Knoch High School, Jefferson Township. He met his wife, Beth, in 2018 and moved to Fort Collins, Colo., in 2019, where they built a life together sharing their love of sports and travel.

Eric was in sports management and security with Landmark Event Staffing Services and particularly enjoyed supporting NFL events. He was known for his infectious laugh, love of sports and being the life of the party. He loved football, golf and sharing a good meal with family and friends. Eric’s strong faith and determination inspired those around him to live life to the fullest.

Eric is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Kranske; parents, Patrick and Patricia Acquaviva; siblings, Jason (Kathy) Acquaviva, Angela (Michael) Livergood, Tina Acquaviva and Jenna (Shawn) Wolfe; two nephews; and two nieces.

The family would like to thank UCHealth’s Harmony Cancer Center and Poudre Valley Hospital medical staff for caring for Eric over the last five years.
