Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, Oct. 26, in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Kelley Streib.

RC Lamar Wright Jr., 36, of Duquesne was sentenced to serve 24 to 54 months in state prison and fined $250 after pleading no contest to a felony charge of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver filed by county detectives following an April 11, 2022, incident in Butler. He was given credit for having served 564 days in prison.

Devin Deontaye Revel, 36, of Butler was sentenced to serve 21 to 54 months in state prison and fined $200 after pleading guilty to a felony charge of endangering the welfare of children charge filed by Butler Township police following a Sept. 5, 2021, incident. He was given credit for having served 779 days in prison.

Austin Williams, 29, of Oakmont was sentenced to serve 11 months and 29 days to 23 months and 28 days in the county prison and fined $100 after pleading guilty to simple assault and unauthorized use of a vehicle charges filed by Adams Township police following an Aug. 14, 2022, incident.

Aidan Cawley Borchert, 23, of Wexford was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 42 days of house arrest, fined $750 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second driving under the influence offense filed by Middlesex Township police following a Sept. 9, 2022, incident.

Bryan Jon Fry, 29, of Chicora was sentenced to serve 84 months of probation including 15 months of house arrest, fined $2,500 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of a controlled substance, his third DUI offense, filed by state police following a Jan. 7, 2021, incident in Concord Township.

Nicole Elizabeth Brown, 39, of West Sunbury was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a driving under the influence of a controlled substance charge filed by state police following a June 29 incident in Butler.

David Johnson, 43, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a driving under the influence of a controlled substance charge filed by state police following a March 17 incident in Summit Township.

Hannah Elizabeth Mastren-Williams, 34, of Glenshaw was sentenced to serve 10 days in county prison, 84 months of probation, fined $500 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to her fourth DUI offense filed by Adams Township police following an April 30, 2022, incident.

Cortney Annmarie Scott, 32, of Lyndora was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and fined $50 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and retail theft filed in three cases by Butler City and state police.

Delshawn L. Torres, 34, of Farrell, Mercer County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and fined $200 after pleading guilty to retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft charges filed by Cranberry Township police following a Dec. 26, 2020, incident.

Isaiah Peterson-Burkes, 26, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to serve six months of probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following a June 27, 2022, incident in Jackson Township.

Derohn Edward Brown, 36, of Aliquippa was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and fined $200 after pleading guilty to simple assault and driving with a suspended license charges filed by filed by Butler City police following incidents on Oct. 18, 2022 and April 25.

David Brian Konar, 52, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of house arrest and fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to his third driving without a license offense filed by Butler Township police following an Aug. 24, 2022, incident.

Alexis Raymond, 29, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges of promoting prostitution and possession of an instrument of crime filed by Cranberry Township police following a May 5, 2021, incident.

Jamie Sue Roxberry, 30, of Petrolia was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay $3,667 in restitution to First National Bank after pleading guilty to a charge of identity theft filed by state police following a Feb. 9, 2022, incident in Donegal Township.

Christina Marie Rokoski, 45, of Mars was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay $5,241 in restitution to the state after pleading no contest to two counts of fraudulently obtaining food stamps filed by the state inspector’s office following an Oct. 1, 2018, incident in Butler City. In a second case, the district attorney’s office agreed not to prosecute her on a charge of receiving stolen property filed by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police following a Nov. 16, 2021, incident in Cranberry Township, if she pays $1,500 in restitution.

Matthew Robert Double, 28, of Chicora was sentenced to serve 12 months probation after pleading guilty to a simple assault charge filed by state police following an Oct. 1, 2022, incident in Donegal Township.

Joshua Lee Pengryn, 25, of Butler was fined $50 after pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct citation filed by state police following a March 1 incident in Summit Township.

Randolph Daniel Dahl Jr., 45, of Butler was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison followed by 12 months of probation, pay fines totaling $1,150 and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance filed in separate cases by Butler City police and state police.

Danielle Iris Agrate, 41, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to firearms not to be carried without a license and tampering with evidence charges filed by Cranberry Township police following an April 7, 2022, incident.

Jason Scott Sunday, 48, of Prospect was sentenced to serve 84 months of probation including 18 months of house arrest, fined $2,500 and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence offense of a controlled substance, his third DUI offense, filed by state police following a Sept. 17, 2022, incident Center Township.

Kenneth Christo Lockley, 33, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a statement under penalty charge filed by state police following a June 9, 2021, incident in Center Township.
