The Sam’s Club at Moraine Pointe Plaza will take part in the Drug Enforcement Agency’s biannual National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, which is Saturday, Oct. 28.

Law enforcement will set up in the parking lot from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to help people safely dispose of unwanted, unused or expired prescription medications, according to a news release.

In addition to the special event, more than 1,000 in-pharmacy medication disposal kiosks have been installed in Walmart and Sam’s Club locations nationwide for use year-round.
