An Aging Gracefully Resource Fair will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, at St. Joseph Church, 315 Stoney Hollow Road, Cabot.

All adults are encouraged to attend the walk-through event to discuss aging with some or all of the more than 15 organizations on hand, which include the county Area Agency on Aging, Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Freeport Area Meals on Wheels, Believe N-U Fitness and others.

A Mass also will be offered at the church, which is part of the St. Francis of Assisi Parish, at 2 p.m.

Registration is not required for the free event.
