Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts.

Adams Twp

Sept. 18 — Marlon L. Chaclan Perez, 25, of Rochester, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Sept. 10 on Pittsburgh Street, Mars Borough. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.095%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 17 — Michael J. White, 51, of Ambridge, was charged with misdemeanors obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police said he did not comply with officer orders at a traffic stop on Route 228 and physically resisted officers.

Butler City

Sept. 17 — Aaron P. Gromley, 40, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he grabbed someone’s neck and punched them repeatedly.

Sept. 17 — Zander M. Thomas, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and simple assault. Police said he punched someone in the neck and stomach.

Sept. 15 — Joseph F. Crouse, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he spray painted buildings.

Sept. 15 — James L. Williamson, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he threw someone to the ground.

Butler County Detectives

Sept. 18 — Tyler D. Smith, 38, of Butler, was charged with felony escape. Police said he cut off his ankle bracelet while he serving house arrest.

Butler Twp

Sept. 18 — Drake M. Kennedy, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors drug possession and fleeing police. Police said he was found with a small amount of marijuana.

Sept. 18 — Wayne E. Campbell, 43, of Butler, was charged with felonies failure to perform services and theft. Police said he did not complete a furnace installation and has not returned the $7,500 he was paid for the job.

Sept. 18 — Zachary S. Lowe, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with 15 stamp bags of suspected heroin.

Sept. 16 — Jason J. McCance, 57, of Butler, was charged with felonies aggravated assault and strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he grabbed someone by their neck.

Sept. 15 — Ryan J. Fuqua, 44, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor assault and summary harassment. Police said he shoved someone to the ground and later wrapped his arm around their neck.

Sept. 14 — Richard J. Thompson, 72, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and reckless endangerment. Police said he pointed a gun at someone.

Cranberry Twp

Sept. 14 — Ashley L. Hiles, 35, of Pittsburgh, and Ryan L. Black, 50, of McKeesport, were charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they were found with 8 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, 24 stamp bags of suspected heroin, a small amount of suspected marijuana and crack cocaine, a digital scale smoking pipes and hypodermic needles.

Sept. 14 — Juliett F. Harp, 23, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft. Police said she left Walmart with $505 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

State police, Butler

Sept. 25 — Thomas L. Odom, 38, of Strattanville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with THC cartridges and a smoking device.

Sept. 25 — Derek E. Harnish, 32, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing offensive weapons and several traffic citations after police stopped him Aug. 23 on Main Street, Connoquenessing Borough. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine and fentanyl in his system. Brass knuckles and a glass smoking pipe were found in his vehicle, police said.

Sept. 25 — April L . Roccia, 46, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Main Street, Evans City. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.146%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 17 — Amanda M. Blair, 29, of Clairon, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with suspected methamphetamine.

Sept. 14 — Matthew J. Murphy, 47, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and harassment. Police said he made threatening phone calls to a business.

Sept. 13 — Cole D. Kendall, 21, of Uniontown, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Aug. 26 on Branchton Road, Slippery Rock Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.148%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Zelienople Boro

Sept. 14 — Lawrence A. Morini, 21, of Wampum, and Julian P. Stone, 22, of Ellwood City, were charged with misdemeanor fleeing police. Police said they failed to yield to a traffic stop while on their motorcycles.

Sept. 13 — Alice J. Johnson, 68, of Ellwood City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said she crashed into two vehicles and did not stop to provide information.
