Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Slippery Rock

Sept. 13 — Cameron M. Munsie, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Sept. 9 on New Castle Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and that a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.059%.

State police, Butler

Sept. 13 — Gina M. Slupe, 59, and Gerard A. Slupe, 55, both of Fenelton, were charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said they were involved in an altercation.

Sept. 13 — Shawn M. Thomas, 50, of Butler, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his motorcycle July 14 on Route 68 in Oakland Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and that a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.063% with traces of THC.

Sept. 13 — Suzanne C. Andre, 58, of Petrolia, was charged with felonies theft and possessing an altered device and misdemeanors theft and bad checks. Police said she wrote checks that were not hers.

Sept. 13 — Madalyn P. Somple, 34, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with empty stamp bags and a syringe.

Sept. 13 — Kevin J. Wolf, 38, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him July 1 at Route 422 and Eagle Mill Road in Franklin Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of benzoylecgonine, cocaine, gabapentin and buprenorphine in his system.

Sept. 13 — Luisa A. Garkusha, 47, of Sarver, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Police said she used someone’s car without permission.
