Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Township

Sept. 11 — Sheree Wagner, 66, of Saltsburg, and Patricia Barnes, 69 of Butler, were involved in a vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 8 and Beech Road. Police said Wagner’s vehicle rear-ended Barnes’ vehicle, and Barnes suffered injuries in the crash.

Sept. 21 — William Joseph Derrick, 42, and Tashawa Lynn Francis, 31, both of Butler, were charged for stealing merchandise valued at more than $1,200 from Target, police said. Derrick was charged with three counts of retail theft and one count of conspiracy, and Francis was charged with one count each of retail theft and conspiracy.

Cranberry Township

Sept. 8 — Lorean Baciu, 21, and Gabriel Lautaru, 27, both of Mechanicsville, were charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Kohl’s with $1,330 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Sept. 8 — Gabriella E. Fye, 22, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Aug. 17 on Rochester Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.204%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Slippery Rock

Sept. 11 — David M. Fisher, 21, of Kennerdell, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Sept. 8 on Grove City Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.096%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
