Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 14 — Chrisgi A. Hasenflu, 34, of Butler, was charged with simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she hit someone in the face and back.
Aug. 11 — Caleb S. Borland, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and disorderly conduct and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone and got into a fight with another person.
Aug. 10 — John R. Riley, 59, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Executive Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and that a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.202%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Aug. 9 — Dominica A. Emerson-West, 18, of Mansfield, Ohio, was charged with felony theft. Police said she left Kohl’s with $1,547 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Aug. 9 — Nathan D. Gamboa, 36, of Conway, was charged with felonies theft and deceptive business practices. Police said he received more than $10,000 in advanced payments for services he did not perform.
Aug. 9 — Alysa Gore, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony fraud and misdemeanor theft. Police said she took a checkbook and attempted to cash two checks that were not hers.
Aug. 14 — Stefanie L. Cunningham, 45, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped her vehicle on West Cunningham Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of benzoylecgonine, cocaine, Xylazine and fentanyl in her system. Suspected crack cocaine and a pipe were found in her vehicle, police said.
Aug. 13 — Noah Chapman, 26, of Vienna, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on Mars Evans City Road. Police said a later blood draw showed traces of methamphetamine in his blood.
Aug. 10 — Akil E. Washington, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he damaged a vehicle.
Aug. 9 — Stephanie A. Aloisio, 60, of Butler, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanors unauthorized use of motor vehicles and drug possession. Police said she took a vehicle without permission and was found with a small amount of marijuana.
Aug. 9 — David J. Sawyer, 57, of Lockport, N.Y., was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanors simple assault and resisting arrest and summary harassment. Police said he punched two people and grabbed someone around the throat until they couldn’t breathe.
