Caboose in Winfield Township to be open Saturday
The red caboose parked along the Butler-Freeport Community Trail in the Cabot neighborhood of Winfield Township will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26.
Trail shirts in new colors, zippered hoodies, hats, books and trail association memberships will be available for purchase.
Those interested in rail history can view the interior of the caboose, which remains configured for the men who rode the rails in the 1940s.
