Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Township

Aug. 2 — Joshua J. Kostic, 26, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone and threatened further harm.

Butler City

Aug. 4 — Jodi L. Taylor, 40, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with 2.4 grams of suspected crack cocaine.

Aug. 4 — Jonathan J. Dillingham, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said a small amount of crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe were found in his vehicle.

Aug. 2 — Joel M. Driscoll, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he pushed someone down a set of stairs.

Butler County Detectives

Aug. 7 — Jason P. Geibel, 34, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony contraband. Police said he was found with a scale, hypodermic needles, smoking devices, buprenorphine/naloxone pills and suspected methamphetamine.

Aug. 4 — Jennifer L. Fezza, 41, of Eau Claire, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with 1.4 grams of suspected methamphetamine.

Aug. 3 — Joseph P. Gaiser, 37, and Delaney E. Gaiser, 28, were charged with felony identity theft and misdemeanors drug possession and giving false identification to an officer. Police said they were found with six stamp bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl and misrepresented themselves to police.

Aug. 1 — James J. Smith, 30, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with hypodermic needles and stamp bags containing suspected heroin/fentanyl.

Cranberry Township

Aug. 4 — Timothy E. Woods, 30, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on Unionville Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content was at 0.224%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Middlesex Township

Aug. 2 — Ansley J. Lauer, 18, of Karns City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him for a traffic citation. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

State police, Butler

Aug. 4 — Bernard J. McQuillan, 69, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanors criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Police said he drove his vehicle into another vehicle during a dispute.

Aug. 4 — Michael K. Richard, 64, of Emlenton, and Robert J. Richard II, 57, of Clarksburg, were charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police said they created a disturbance while intoxicated.

Aug. 4 — Sabrina D. Hill, 53, and Littie L. Boone, 52, both of Niagara Falls, N.Y., were charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said a small amount of marijuana was found in their vehicle.

Aug. 3 — Jason P. Geibel, 34, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on North Street, Butler City. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Aug. 3 — Jordan P. Walters, 24, of Butler, was charged with felonies burglary, theft and trespassing and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said he entered a home and also used a car without permission.

Aug. 3 — Connor P. Mulcahey, 59, of Jacksonville, Fla., was charged with misdemeanors reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Police said he ran over the corner of a tent at Cooper’s Lake Campground.

Aug. 2 — Jason P. Geibel, 34, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI and misdemeanor drug possession after police stopped him in Connoquenessing Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed traces of cocaine, fentanyl and cannabinoids in his system. Hypodermic needles and smoking pipes were found in his vehicle, police said.

Aug. 2 — Carol S. Hans, 57, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police stopped her on Mercer Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of diazepam, gabapentin and solpidem in her system.

Aug. 2 — Thomas J. Lang, 25, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Holyoke Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.116%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Aug. 2 — Bradley D. Kradel, 40, of Chicora, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Center Drive, Oakland Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.103%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Aug. 2 — Robert J. Eppinger Jr., 65, and Howard J. Eppinger, 73, both of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said they were involved in an altercation.
