Robert Delano Fundark, 81, of Kingman, Ariz., passed away July 1, 2023, at Havasu Regional Medical Center, Lake Havasu, Ariz., due to cancer.

He was born in November 1941, in Butler, to Paul Fundark, Jr and Hubertine (Weber) Fundark.

Robert attended school in Butler County. He was called into the armed services (U.S. Army) during the Vietnam War era. He married Rosalie (Conrad) Fundark in June 1962. He lived in Pennsylvania and Utah for employment and retired to Arizona in 1996. He retired from David Joseph & Western Metals after 33 years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, mechanic enthusiast and a special grandfather “papa.” He was always willing to help, and loved to travel and RV across the country.

Robert is survived by his son, James, and daughter-in-law Twila, of New Mexico; grandchildren, Kailey, of Wisconsin and Jadon, of New Mexico; siblings, Jane Anthony, of Pennsylvania, Betty Moniot, of Pennsylvania, Marcia Smith, of Florida, Pauline Clever, of Arizona, Joyce Crispin, of Colorado, Richard Fundark, of Pennsylvania, Eugene Fundark, of Pennsylvania; his companion, Neva Henslee, of Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews that adored him, their favorite uncle Bobby.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Rosalie Fundark; and his siblings, Shirley Salkeld, Ronald Fundark and Judith Moore; and his parents, Paul and Birdie Fundark.

A memorial celebration will be held at noon Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, at his residence in Kingman, Ariz. Pastor Kevin Renaldo will be officiating.
