The opportunity is winding down for families in the Knoch School District to register their child for kindergarten.

District officials said in a news release that children age 5 and who are ready for kindergarten should be registered as soon as possible, as class lists and bus schedules are now being made.

Registration is available on the district website, knochsd.org.

Those who do not have computers can use the machines at South Butler Community Library.
