Harmony Museum sale features historic, vintage clothing
Vintage clothing spanning a century from the 1860s to the 1950s will be for sale at the Harmony Museum Vintage Clothing Sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 22 at 218 Mercer St.
“The sale is a must-see for vintage clothing collectors, and a fun browse if you are simply interested in vintage fashion,” said Gwen Lutz, Harmony Museum vice president. “You will find a fascinating assortment of clothes, from bibs to bustles.”
According to the Harmony Museum, the clothing includes professionally appraised dresses, corsets, bustles, slips, hats and baby items, that were donated to the Museum by the Baldinger family who once operated the original Baldinger’s Candy store south of Zelienople.
Admission to the event is free. More information can be found at the museum’s website at harmonymuseum.org.
