Representatives from several companies will be on Main Street in Butler from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, July 7, to explain opportunities for jobs people in the area can apply to.

The Slippery Rock University Center for Community Engagement, Empowerment and Development invited officials with McDonald’s, the Butler YMCA and the Pittsburgh Job Corps to its Lemonade Friday event to meet with locals. They will have information on job openings in the region which have benefits beyond regular pay, like the YMCA, which is seeking Reach & Rise mentors and mentees.
