Kerry Goldinger
Kerry L. Goldinger, 62, of Saxonburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by family in the afternoon hours of Saturday, July 1, 2023.
He was born Aug. 29, 1960, in Punxsutawney, the son of the late John and Phyllis Goldinger.
Brother to Jim (Ardene) Goldinger, Judy (Walter) Hartman, Helen Kinney and Belinda Goldinger. Also, brother of David Meckley, Robert Goldinger and Daniel Goldinger, all of whom passed away prior to his death. Beloved husband of Debbie Goldinger, whom he married Sept. 20, 2003. They fell in love after meeting through a mutual family friend. Kerry always said that Debbie was the love of his life.
Kerry formerly worked for Glassmere Fuel Services for more than a decade and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. He enjoyed singing karaoke, playing pool, spending time with family and watching his favorite TV shows “Gunsmoke“ and ”The Waltons“ with his dogs — aka “his kids.” He would always jump to spend time with his grandchildren and children, often spoiling them with his fabulous home cooking. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his wife and siblings, he leaves behind his children, Jennifer (Ken) Boots, Sarah Keiser, Christopher Goldinger and stepson Ryan Black; pet children BooBoo, Peanut, Neuton and Bootsy; grandchildren, Jasmine Parms, Valecia Parms and Branden Boots; along with several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He also leaves behind best friend, Chris Holben.
We want to express our deepest thanks to everyone who visited Kerry before he passed and to those who have reached out with prayers and condolences. Special thanks to Jim Goldinger for standing by his brother's side every day and who was always there for him.
We know we can no longer keep you here with us, but you will forever be in our hearts. Be at peace with the angels and the family you missed dearly. We love you. Until we meet again.
