Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

June 23 — Raymond E. Virgili, 82, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he stole the doors from a backyard brick pizza oven.

Jackson Twp

June 23 — Zaire S. Agrate, 21, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he was on Seneca Valley School District property without permission.

June 22 — Marie L. Shuimokusu, 51, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage after she crashed her vehicle on Franklin Road. Police said she left the scene of the crash without leaving information.

June 22 — Stephen L. Dunton, 36, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor accidents involving damage after he crashed into a vehicle at Route 68 and Lindsay Road. Police said he left the scene of a crash without leaving information. One person was injured in the crash, police said.

Liquor Control

June 20 — Derek J. Giles, 21, of New Kensington, was charged with misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a minor. Police said he bought alcohol for someone under 21 years old.

Middlesex Twp

June 20 — Wesley Panzer, 42, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries disorderly conduct and harassment. Police said he punched someone multiple times.

Office of the Attorney General

June 22 — Austin J. Reges, 29, of Butler, was charged with felonies fraud and theft. Police said he failed to reimburse a customer when he damaged the main electric wire on their house.

State police, Butler

June 22 — William L. Horne, 41, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing and summary harassment. Police said he entered a property without permission.

June 22 — Nathan E. Anderson, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found in possession of suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking device.

June 19 — Elizabeth A. Ivory, 47, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she did not comply with officer’s orders and was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
