Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 17 — Jerimiah J. Haskins, 40, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he hit someone in the face.
June 16 — Noah E. D. Wallace, 30, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Crider Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
June 18 — Vahan N. Hovsepian, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary public drunkenness. Police said he pushed someone.
June 18 — Russell A. Enlow, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest and summary public drunkenness. Police said he was in a struggle with officers.
June 14 — Robert D. Green, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with suspected crack cocaine.
June 15 — Laurie R. Crawford, 41, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after she crashed her vehicle on Armco Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of lorazepam in her system.
June 21 — Stephen A. Holbrook, 26, of Ellwood City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $226 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
June 16 — Amanda L. Doerr, 30, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Pittsburgh Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of clonazepam, fentanyl, and THC in her blood.
June 16 — Diane E. Leiberton, 68, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Dinnerbell Road. Police said she showed signs of impairment.
June 19 — Michael R. John, 30, of Natrona Heights, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on Freeport Road, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed John’s blood alcohol content at 0.13%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 19 — Levean L. Smith, 23, of Butler was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her on Eola Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and later blood tests showed traces of THC in her system.
June 18 — Darrion E. Frisby, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on South Main Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in his blood. A search of Frisby yielded adderall pills and a marijuana cigarette, police said.
June 18 — Aaron J. Steighner, 36, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he struck someone in the face multiple times.
June 15 — Wayne E. Campbell, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on South Duffy Road, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Campbell’s blood alcohol content at 0.097%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 15 — Azza M. Gaines, 43, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest. Police said she refused to cooperate with officer’s orders and had to be restrained.
