Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Twp

June 20 — Nathan D. Michael, 26, of Butler, was charged with two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment. Police said he assaulted someone June 15 and 20.

June 12 — Aaron S. Wiemelt, 33 of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries harassment and trespassing. Police said he punched someone in Walmart.

June 12 — Devin L. Parker, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor child endangerment. Police said he snorted suspected heroin while at Alameda Park with his children.

State police, Butler

June 12 — Trinity S. Smith, 19, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and drug possession after police stopped her on Route 422 in Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in her blood.

June 12 — Lamont G. Hoy, 25, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police said they stopped him on Route 422, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

June 17 — Dan Edward Moore Jr., 31, and Savannah Yvonne Duffy, 27, both of New Galilee, Beaver County, were charged with drug offenses following a May 26 traffic stop in Slippery Rock. Moore was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Duffy was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
