Cranberry police alert citizens of phone scammers impersonating police
Cranberry Township Police Department is alerting citizens of scammers impersonating officers over fraudulent phone calls.
Citizens should avoid responding to messages requesting bond money or any other threatening messages, the police department said in a Friday Facebook post.
Similar scam calls can be reported to the Cranberry Township Police Department at 724-776-5180.
