Charles M. “Chuck” Thomas, 73, of Butler, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023.

Born Dec. 7, 1949, in Butler, he was a son of the late Anthony M. Thomas and Ann C. (Napolitano) Thomas.

Chuck was a graduate of Butler High School and had been self-employed as the owner of Bon Aire Dry Cleaners and Parcel Service. He also had a hobby business that reproduced antique city views of the late 1800s and early 1900s, he reproduced over 32 views, mostly of Pennsylvania towns in Western Pennsylvania and one in Ohio. The Library of Congress acknowledged that Chuck’s company, Historical Graphic Arts Co., did outstanding reproductions.

He was a veteran of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

Surviving are his brothers, James A. Thomas and Ken (Dottie) Thomas, and a number of nieces and nephews.

THOMAS — Following his wishes, there are no services planned at this time for Charles M. “Chuck” Thomas, who died Sunday, June 4, 2023.
