Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Wednesday in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Kelley Streib.

Daniel Edward Link II, 41, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 24 to 48 months in state prison followed by 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by state police following an Oct. 8, 2020, incident in Saxonburg. In a second case, he was sentenced to concurrently serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police in Kittanning following a May 21, 2021, incident in Buffalo Township.

Kyrsten Michelle Keener, 30, of Shippenville, Clarion County, was sentenced to serve 6 to 23 months and 15 days in county prison followed by 24 months of probation, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to felony charges of aggravated assault and fleeing from police and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance filed by state police following a Nov. 21, 2022, incident in Bruin. She fled from police following a traffic stop and then fought with a trooper after she was apprehended.

Chad Edwin Stroup, 48, of Prospect, was sentenced to six months of probation, including 30 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete eight hours of litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a June 3, 2022, incident in Franklin Township. In addition, he was sentenced to a concurrent six months of probation and ordered to pay $191 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Penn Township police following a March 6, 2022, incident.

Stephanie Fields, 33, of Mars, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to having an unregistered dog and failure to comply with state dog laws filed by a state dog law enforcement officer for harboring two dangerous dogs on March 24, 2022, in Adams Township.

Andrew Thomas Delucia, 44, of Greenville, Mercer County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $300 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of false identification to police filed by state police in Kittanning following a Dec. 14, 2021, incident in Buffalo Township.

Zachary Adam Clouse, 37, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including seven days of house arrest, pay a $500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following an April 8, 2022, incident in Summit Township.
