The Mars girls and boys lacrosse teams will host a PIAA Class 2A first-round playoff doubleheader at the Mars Athletic Complex on Tuesday.

The Planet girls (20-1) will take on Lower Dauphin (16-4) at 4:30 p.m.

Mars’ boys (19-2) will face District 3’s Trinity (17-4) at 6 p.m.

Baseball

Class 2A — Karns City (15-7) will play Seton LaSalle (17-4-1) at 5 p.m. Monday at North Allegheny High School.

Softball

Class 2A — Moniteau (14-10) will take on Sharpsville (18-3) at 1 p.m. Monday at Allegheny College in Meadville.

Boys Volleyball

Class 2A — North Catholic (16-4) will host Cochranton (15-5) at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Mars (16-4) will travel to West Shamokin (12-2) for a game to start at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
