Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

May 11 — Matthew A. McMahon, 25, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said his vehicle hit a vehicle and McMahon made no effort to exchange information.

Butler City

May 16 — Aaron L. Perri, 31, of Ellwood City, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he yanked a bag away from someone, causing them to fall and injure themselves.

Butler Twp

May 24 — Annellyse M. Libby, 27, of Meadville, was charged with felony theft and three counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said she made a fraudulent return and left Walmart with $2,803 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Cranberry Twp

May 19 — Jesus A. Serna-Real, 37, was charged with felonies of access device fraud, conspiracy, theft and misdemeanors theft and conspiracy. Police said he made multiple purchases at Lowe’s with other people’s credit cards.

May 17 — Michael C. Loewel, 42, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felonies retail theft and conspiracy. Police said he left Target with $278 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

May 17 — Daquan G. Palm, 23, of Akron, Ohio, was charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said he left Target with $3,056 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

May 17 — Erika M. Tedder, 31, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest and summary public drunkenness. Police said she refused to comply with officers’ commands and kicked them.

Jackson Twp

May 16 — David M. Fortunato, 55, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Evans City Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Fortunato’s blood alcohol content at 0.183%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

May 17 — Dylan J. Notaro, 26, of Boyers, was charged with misdemeanors drug sales and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he allegedly sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant.

May 17 — Steven E. Barr Jr., 36, of Ellwood City, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Protzman Road, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Barr’s blood alcohol content at 0.152% with traces of fentanyl. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 17 — Lars C. Hile, 27, of Chicora, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI and one misdemeanor count of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a THC vape pen was found during a vehicle search.

May 17 — Gilbert E. Smith, 43, of Bruin, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, drug possession, tampering with evidence and several traffic citations after police said they stopped him on Main Street in Petrolia. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. During a vehicle search, police said a stamp bag with suspected crack cocaine and several bags of suspected heroin were found.

May 17 — Raymond R. Ondic, 36, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on South Chestnut Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC and methamphetamine in Ondic’s system.

May 16 — Matthew J. Walker, 25, of Butler, was charged with two counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with suspected marijuana, marijuana cigarettes, scraping tools and a smoking device.

May 16 — Gabriel R. Steinmetz, 19, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on North Main Street Extension, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
