The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler City

May 15 — Nicholas S. Valorie, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage after police said his vehicle rear-ended someone’s vehicle and fled the scene.

May 15 — Morgan Hannold, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said she broke a door.

May 10 — Bryce Hamner, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest. Police said he refused to comply with officers’ orders and had to be forcibly handcuffed.

Butler County Detectives

May 2 — Samantha L. Walker, 25, of Butler, was charged with felony contraband. Police said she was found in possession of stamp bags and gabapentin pills while being processed at Butler County Prison.

Cranberry Twp

May 15 — John A. Scafuri, 51, of Verona, was charged with felonies theft and conspiracy. Police said he left Best Buy with $731 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

State police, Butler

May 16 — David E. Geisler, 25, of Morgantown, W.Va., was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped his vehicle on Pleasant Valley Road, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine and THC in his system.

May 16 — Jacob S. Penrose, 37, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and harassment. Police said he sent several threatening text-based messages to someone and called them from multiple numbers.

May 15 — Ronald J. Parisi, 20, of Worthington, was charged with felony burglary, misdemeanors resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and prowling at nighttime. Police said he attempted to break into someone’s garage, fled police and was found to be allegedly intoxicated.

May 15 — Suzanne R. Claypoole, 57, of Sarver, was charged with felonies stalking and retaliation and misdemeanors harassment and terroristic threats. Police said she repeatedly made threatening phone calls to someone.

May 11 — Cody M. Sidwell, 35, of Monaca, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Pleasant Valley Road, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Sidwell’s blood alcohol content at 0.270%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 10 — Nathan A. Fajohn, 53, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found in possession of gabapentin and buprenorphine pills.

May 9 — Ronald Wagner-Dailey, 29, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped his vehicle on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Wagner-Dailey’s blood alcohol content at 0.142% In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%

May 9 — Nathan E. Sykes, 40, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Henricks Road, Center Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later breath test showed Sykes’ blood alcohol content at 0.107%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 9 — Lemarr E. Terry, 26, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said he crashed his vehicle on Woodbridge Drive, Slippery Rock Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Terry’s blood alcohol content at 0.134%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 9 — Jennifer M. Somogy, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her on Election House Road, Franklin Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a bag of suspected methamphetamine was found in her vehicle.

May 9 — Michael P. Rihel, 30, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a small amount of marijuana.

State police, Kittanning

May 9 — Brandon L. Brocious, 24, of Kittanning, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found in possession of 44 bags of suspected fentanyl.
