Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 8 — Cody J. Stephenson, 29, of Butler, was charged with two counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with suspected methamphetamine.
May 8 — Nicholas T. Golab, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and harassment and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he threatened to kill and assault someone.
May 8 — Richard J. Brown, 43, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Dick’s Sporting Goods with $668 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
May 8 — Bradford A. Nickel, 42, of West Mifflin, was charged with felony robbery, misdemeanor theft and summary harassment. Police said he attempted to leave Walmart with merchandise without paying for it and shoved a Walmart employee after being apprehended.
May 8 — Cary D. Namachar, 32, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he used someone’s debit card without permission.
May 8 — Amanda Towse-Smith, 44, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she attempted to use a bad check.
May 8 — Chloe E. Hall, 20, of Erie, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped her on Kiester Road and field sobriety tests showed she was impaired. Police said a later breath test showed Hall’s blood alcohol content at 0.163%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
May 8 — Trinity L. Kulesza, 22, of Beaver Falls, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped her in a parking lot on campus and field sobriety tests showed she was impaired. Police said a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.123%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
May 8 — Conner J. Fitzpatrick, 18, of Chicora, was charged with felony eluding police and misdemeanors DUI and reckless endangerment after police said they stopped him on Saint Joe Road, Oakland Township. Police said he did comply to officer’s signals for a traffic stop and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
May 8 — Mohammad K. Hammad, 31, of Scranton, was charged with misdemeanor theft and summaries harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said he was in possession of $200 worth of possessions belonging to someone else and the two engaged in a physical altercation.
