U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-16th, and officials from the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Homeland Security will hold a live telephone town hall at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, on fraud prevention and how Pennsylvania residents can protect their personal information.

According to the FTC, texting is the most common method used by scammers, followed by phone calls and emails.
