Three Seneca students win awards for video production

Two seniors and a freshman won four awards on April 20 at Robert Morris University’s annual Digital Media Arts Consortium student video festival.

Senior Evelyn Vogel won an Award of Excellence in the Video as Art category for her experimental film “It’s Fine.”

Evelyn also won a Founder’s Award for her dedication to SVTV and video production classes at Seneca Valley over the last three years.

Senior Alex Palmieri won in the News Package category for his in-depth report on the No Cost To Shop store at Seneca Valley Senior High School.

Freshman Phoenix Hale won in the Animation category for her short film, “Frog’s Hasty Journey.”
