Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Tuesday and Wednesday, May 2 and 3, by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Kelley Streib.

Jouline Louise Walker, 33, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, pay a $1,000 fine and complete litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence filed by Butler city police following a Sept. 6, 2020, incident.

Kenneth Clair Goehring, 67, of Renfrew, was sentenced to serve three to 10 months in prison, but immediately was paroled after pleading guilty to a charge of theft filed by state police following a May 12, 2022, incident.

Robyn Renee McLean, 39, of Petrolia, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 15 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a Feb. 9, 2020, incident.

Robert Eugene Horner, 46, of Reynoldsville, Jefferson County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $50 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of statement under penalty filed by state police following a March 22, 2021, incident.

Patrick Cullen Boulanger, 44, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation and pay a $25 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by Butler city police following a Sept. 3, 2022, incident.

Jakeel Lamar Lay, 37, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following an April 9, 2022, incident.

Michael Charles Poore, 61, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to serve 12 months probation, pay a $50 fine and pay $1,904 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property filed by state police following an Oct. 11, 2022, incident.

George E. Smith, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by Butler city police following an Oct. 4, 2022, incident.

Loren Mitchell Lawrence, 33, of Butler, was fined $100 after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana filed by state police following an Aug. 2, 2022, incident.

Matthew Lee Jenkins, 29, of Petrolia, was sentenced to serve 84 months of probation, including 12 months of house arrest, pay a $2,500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to his third DUI offense filed by state police following a Sept. 10, 2022, incident.

Michael Donald Morrow, 29, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following an Oct. 15, 2020, incident.

Eric Lee Powers, 40, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 84 months of probation, including 18 months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $3,500 and complete litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to his second and third DUI offense and charges in six other cases.

Randall Edward Hegedis, 66, of Butler, was sentenced to serve seven months to 24 months in prison and will be paroled after 30 days to serve six months of house arrest and pay fines totaling $2,600 after pleading guilty to a charge of fleeing or attempting to elude police filed by Butler Township police following a Feb. 27, 2020, incident.
