2 charged in Evans City cocaine bust
State police said they discovered cocaine and drug paraphernalia following a bust in an Evans City residence last month.
According to charges filed March 31, Anthony H. Blackwell Jr., 26, of Pittsburgh, and Allysa M. Stefanowicz, 26, of Evans City, were accused of felony drug sales and misdemeanors use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said a search warrant was executed at a South Washington Street home on that date, and both Stefanowicz and Blackwell were found inside.
Approximately 22 individual bags of crack cocaine were recovered from the bathroom toilet, and a digital scale and box of sandwich bags were located on the top of the refrigerator, according to officers.
Preliminary hearing for Stefanowicz and Blackwell before District Judge Amy Marcinkiewicz is scheduled May 9.
