Seneca Valley to host ‘Dangers of Tech’
Together with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Pittsburgh office, the Seneca Valley School District will present “The Dangers of Tech,” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 27, at the Seneca Valley Senior High School auditorium.
The FBI will cover important topics regarding online safety and awareness. Specific highlights will include the dangers behind digital footprints and the intentional and unintentional sharing of digital data.
The FBI is seeing an alarming rate of adults coercing children into producing sexual images and videos.
Representatives from local law enforcement agencies, including School Resource Officers, will also be participating. After the presentations have concluded, attendees will be given the opportunity for a question and answer session.
This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are not required.
