Butler high performs ‘You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown’
Butler Senior High School will present the musical “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” at 7:30 p.m. March 17 and March 18 in the senior high school auditorium.
Reserved tickets are $12 and are available at May’s Music Shoppe, 247 E. Jefferson St. They also will be available at the door on performance nights.
Dale VanLaningham is the director. Stephanie Marshall is in charge of musical staging and Ali Erevia is vocal director.
Danielle Smith is choreographer, Shanna Daubenspeck is pit conductor and Robert Harrison is technical director.
Wil Eberle is assistant technical director. Special technical assistance is provided by Audrey Eberle and Audrey Henriquez.
Audrey Eberle is in charge of costumes. Eric Beveridge is on the follow spot. Phil Hankey is sound technician, and Jessica Ranko is student stage manager.
With charm, wit, and heart, “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” explores life through the eyes of Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang through a revue of songs and vignettes based on the beloved Charles Schulz comic strip.
